304 engine specs

Can any one tell me if the amc 304 and the IHC 304 blocks are the same specs (bore stroke etc) Just purchased a 75 cj5 with new long block installed before I bought. Block is marked 304 on right hand side and on rear block boss marked IH but has Amc heads, intake, front cover? Have tried to search the IHC on line for specs have not had any luck. AMC specs are easy Fbriggs
